Il Poderino is an old country farmhouse, situated
on a hill overlooking a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves
in the heart of Chianti.
Situated in the most panoramic part of this wine
and olive oil producing estate, the original stone house has been divided
into three apartments for the guests and the owners’ house.
Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style,
each apartment has its own private sitting area outside, ideal for al
fresco dinners.
It would be an understatement to say they have
breathtaking views; each windows is like an exquisite, framed painting.
Guests share the beautiful swimming pool (6 X 12
m) with wonderful views. On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano
are just visible from the property.
The nearest village is Quercegrossa 3 kilometres
away (small shops and a restaurant) and Siena is only 8 kilometres away.
